As young holiday goers, we loved the convenient location of the hotel. Everything was within walking distance - bus terminals, ferry, market, shops, and restaurants. The nearby restaurant where breakfast was served was also a plus. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff, particularly Erath at the front desk, were friendly and went out of their way to assist us with our transportation needs. it was a great value for the price.

This hotel is conveniently located just off of 5th Avenue, close to absolutely everything. You can easily walk to the closest beach club and enjoy the beautiful beach nearby. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful, always making sure that your needs are met. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, and some even have a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view. The basic amenities provided are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Additionally, breakfast is included at another place nearby, adding even more value to your stay.

Apartment has kitchen with big refrigerator. Bathroom has big tile shower. Complimentary breakfast at nearby restaurant for extra 5 dollars. Perfect location, friendly staff.

Loved the convenient location, just steps away from Calle 5 and all the attractions. the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and attention to detail. Appreciated the free coffee in the morning and the good Wi-Fi connection.

Some inconsistencies with the front desk staff, which affected the overall experience. Limited amenities in the room, such as no iron or ironing board, and an old nonfunctional fridge.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, right in the center of town just off of 5th Avenue. I loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, and even the beach in just a few minutes. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast provided in the nearby restaurant was delicious, and I enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the atmosphere. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room was clean and comfortable, with a separate living area and a great view from the patio deck.

Hard to think of anything negative about my stay.

Amazing rooms, amazing bathroom, amazing staff. Clean huge rooms. Amazing location. Breakfast was great. Hot water and coffee available in rooms and tea outside first floor. Robes provided and towels. Comfy bed. Loads of towels. Really helpful with case to room and back as no lift. Offered WiFi code without asking.
